The short version: we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything other than answering you and understanding how this website is used.
What we collect
When you fill in a form. Our reservation, catering, and careers forms ask for your name, email, and phone number, along with whatever details that particular form needs, such as a date, a party size, or the role you are interested in. You choose what to put in the message box. All of it goes straight to the restaurant by email so we can reply.
When you browse. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and records things like which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are in the world, and whether you arrived from a search or a link. It is about the website, not about you. We cannot see your name from it, and we do not try to identify individual visitors.
Who else is involved
Running a website means using a few outside services. These are all of them:
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the check that keeps spam bots off our forms.
- Google Analytics provides the visit statistics described above.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site is set in.
Ordering online sends you to SkyTab, and our social links send you to Instagram and Facebook. Once you land on one of those, you are on their website under their privacy policy, not ours.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not pass what you send us to anyone beyond the services listed above.
Turning analytics off
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works normally either way.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Asking us about your information
If you want to know what we have from you, or you want it deleted, just ask and we will take care of it. There is no form for this. Call or email and a person will handle it.
